ARE YOUR PIECES HYPOALLERGENIC?

Yes! All of our ear posts/bracelets etc are made with either stainless surgical steel, sterling silver, rhodium or gold-filled metals. Plastic posts are sometimes also an option, depending on the style of earring.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY/RETURNS

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times are dependent a variety of factors such as weather & shipping speed. While I prioritize sending orders out as quickly as possible, there is always the possibility of external factors that are out of my control delaying an order.

Where do you ship?

At the moment, Enorah Jewelry only ships within the US.

Can I pick up my order?

If I am scheduled to appear at an event near you, you can arrange to pick your order up from me at my booth. You can also arrange for a local pick up as well, but please be advised that I only travel within a 15 mile radius. I do not offer home pick up services.

Do you offer returns? 

Due to the nature of the product, neither returns or refunds are accepted.

Do you offer repair services? 

Sometimes things happen! If you happen to break on of your pieces, there is a chance that I can fix them. To be able to determine this, I ask that you send me 1-3 clear pictures showing where the damage is. 

If the planets align and I am in fact able to complete a repair, please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs and any additional materials necessary. 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Do you take custom requests?

Why yes you can! If you're looking for a one of a kind piece/set for a special occasion please send an email to EnorahJewelry.com with brief description on what you are looking for, important timelines, etc.

How long do custom orders take to complete?

Depending on what you are looking for and size of order, custom pieces can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks. Please note: If you have custom order needs November-December, these are my busiest months & I do not have the capacity to take on extra orders. Please plan accordingly.

Pricing

All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Pricing varies depending on what type of project is requested. Afterpay & PayPal are also available payment options.
